The boys had a wonderful weekend because their Grandma came to visit them. Caden invited every friend he had spent any time with in the week before, to come and meet his Grandma. He was so excited on the day she was due that he asked me about every ten minutes if she was here yet. He did a good job of spotting her, he actually saw the car driving up the street when she arrived.
Here is Miles chilling out at movie night.
Caden giving Grandma a big cuddle. We went to the MK marina.
We went back to the art gallery that we hadn't had time to fully explore the previous day and explored the rest of it.
Miles loves chickens. We are hopefully getting a bunch of them this week, fingers crossed.
Miles engaging with some of the sculptures made by the artist we met the day before called Yannick. The sculptures are lovely to touch, really smooth and flowing.
We all really loved these hanging 'lanterns' made of plant pots lashed together with cable ties. Such a simple idea.
This sleeping person sculpture was named as the sleeping troll and walked upon. Safe because the sun was up ;)
Miles liked this scuplture of a foot polished within a rough stone.
