Where do I start... we have been so busy! --- Tribe Day at the splash park

Wow, we are really in need of some down time now. It seems like we have taken on the Summer with real enthusiasm and burnt ourselves out within three weeks. I have had problems getting my photos onto my laptop recently but this now seems to have resolved itself so this is the update of a visit to the Leighton Buzzard splash park where they played all afternoon with loads of friends and had a brilliant time.

Caden is here with three other boys making a moat for a castle. They also all worked together to dig out underground tunnels without causing the roof to cave in.

Roundabout fun. Good photo of Caden!

Miles having a good swing about!

We had Megan with us that day so Miles and Megan played together pretty exclusively until Arthur was dropped off later on.

Caden hanging out on the roundabout with a school kid who they befriended and another friend he hasn't seen since last year.

Here they are at the 'Beach' burying Caden.

Arthur arrived and Miles, Megan and Arthur then played loads together.

Caden was off with the boys in the trees later on, there is a very shallow stream behind these trees. I sneaked up to have a look at what they were up to, they were asserting their right to be bestowed special powers too by the bigger kids. It was funny.

All of them getting down the bank to the stream.

The boys posing for the camera!

The four of them (they have been friends since they were babies).

Great photo.

Caden, Megan, Arthur and Miles decided to make a train. They did this for quite a while and laughed so much. It was lovely to watch.

Morocco 2023

Morocco was Miles' 13th birthday present. We were excited as it was our first trip to Africa.  We found an amazing restaurant for Mile...
